Help us create a more compassionate world by introducing a unique and powerful tool – reversible Compassion It or Self-Compassion It wristbands. Flip from one side to the other when you ‘compassion it’ or ‘self-compassion it.’ Find out what happens when compassion becomes a priority in your community.

Each two-pack includes one small and one large wristband so that you can ‘wear one, share one.’  The small size – 7-inch circumference – fits children, most women and some men. The large size has an 8-inch circumference.

The black and white wristbands read “Compassion It” and the crimson and white wristbands read “Self-Compassion It.”
