FREE. ONLINE. FOR ALL.
We are here for you.
On Monday, March 16, in partnership with Italia Mindfulness, we hosted a FREE bilingual English/Italian meditation with our friends in Italy (and across the globe), and 85 participants joined us. Bellissimo!
It inspired us to offer more opportunities to connect with each other - virtually.
Free. Online. For all.
We'll continue to update this. Please see our current calendar of events below.

Date/Time TBD
In this brief workshop, you'll learn the basics of self-compassion, and we'll discuss ways to build a more compassionate workplace - whether it's virtual or in person.
Read some of the heartwarming comments from a few of our participants...
"Grazie Sara e Alessandro, sentivo lo stress come un masso che pesava sulle spalle e mi faceva piegare, si è trasformato in un flusso di acqua tiepida che dalle spalle scivolava lungo il corpi e mi ha rilassato e riscaldato."
Which, according to Google translate, means:
"Thanks Sara and Alessandro, I felt the stress like a boulder that weighed on my shoulders and made me bend, it turned into a flow of warm water that slipped from my shoulders along the bodies and relaxed and warmed me up."
More feedback:
"...within one minute of joining I felt my heart cracked wide open (in a good way) and was crying with the sense of common humanity in these times."
"It's always very emotional for me the self compassion practice ...and this was very very emotional. It was a great practice..thank you both! Putting my hands on my heart it was so powerful and I couldn't stop crying...Not sure I feel better but I was able to take out of me a lot of tension...Also when you said that we are not alone and a lot of people are sharing my same feelings that was great because I did actually feel I wasn't alone which is instead a very recurring feeling in these days."
