NEW OFFERING! Compassion-Centered Resilience Training™

A research-backed compassion training designed for emotionally demanding workplaces.

Compassion-Centered Resilience Training™ (CCRT™) helps professionals strengthen self-compassion, navigate stress more skillfully, and build more supportive team cultures without adding more pressure, productivity hacks, or emotional exhaustion.

Originally developed for an end-of-life HIV research team at UC San Diego, Compassion-Centered Resilience Training™ (CCRT™) is now supported by peer-reviewed published research in the Journal of Palliative Medicine. The study found statistically significant improvements in:

  • self-compassion
  • workplace joy
  • supportive work environment

Why This Training Matters

Many professionals are carrying an enormous emotional load.

Healthcare workers. Educators. Leaders. Researchers. Caregivers.

People are being asked to continue showing up for others while navigating chronic stress, emotional fatigue, uncertainty, and burnout.

CCRT™ was created to offer practical, evidence-informed support that helps people stay connected to themselves, each other, and the meaning behind their work.

This training is not about becoming perfect, endlessly positive, or “doing more.”

It’s about learning sustainable ways to:

  • respond to stress with greater self-compassion
  • remain grounded during difficult moments
  • strengthen team connection and trust
  • reduce emotional overwhelm
  • cultivate a healthier workplace culture

What Participants Learn

Across four weekly sessions, participants explore:

  • Mindfulness
  • Self-compassion
  • Common humanity
  • Active compassion

The training includes:

  • guided practices
  • practical reflection exercises
  • small-group discussion
  • real-world application tools
  • optional accountability support between sessions

Everything is designed to feel accessible, practical, and human.

Program Structure

  • 90-minute sessions
  • Small cohort model
  • Virtual or in-person options available
